Sunday 26 November 2023

The churchwardens wish to advise that our new priest Reverend Gary Tognola will be commissioned at St. Peter’s on Saturday 9th December at 5.00pm.  All parishioners are invited to attend and there is a list for names in the Narthex.

This Sunday we welcome Bp. Bill Ray as our celebrant at both services.

Here are the Notices for this Week

Empty Christmas Tree – We are now collecting gifts for the Empty Christmas Tree.  The idea is to purchase a gift to be given to a child in foster care in our area.  Anglicare for Children & Families Caboolture has asked if we could again concentrate on gifts for children aged from 8 years up to 17 years. Gifts may be wrapped with the appropriate age on a tag.  Please, no pre-loved toys as this may be the only gift the child receives.  A box will be left in the Narthex for the collection.  Anglicare for Children & Families Caboolture are very grateful for our ongoing support.

Cleaning Roster - We are in need of new volunteers to join our cleaning teams.  The Cooinda teams need one or two more on the list and there is a new group – the light cleaners who will provide a touch up on alternate weeks.  Please contact Frankie Park this week if you are able to help with this. frankie1950@iinet.net.au   or 0407544259
