O God, who taught the hearts of your faithful people by sending to
them the light of your Holy Spirit: grant us by the same Spirit to have a right judgement in all things, and evermore to rejoice in his holy comfort; through the merits of Christ Jesus our Saviour, who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the same Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

AMUA Gathering:
The next gathering will be on Monday, 25th May 2026, at 10:00 am Eucharist in St. Peter’s, followed by morning tea in Cooinda. The morning will continue with "With Fun With Trivia”. All are welcome.
This week, we acknowledge the work of all volunteers in the parish for their gifts and talents. We give thanks for our office team, LA's, readers, Intercessors, musicians, morning tea/catering people, cleaners, flower arrangers, and grounds people. We give thanks for all members of our Parish council. We give thanks to all who contribute to the kingdom of Christ's Church here on Bribie Island.
To Crafters from Suzie:
For the remainder of 2026, we are now looking at 2 dates to display and sell our goods. The next stall at St. Peter's will be on our Patronal Day, 5th July 2026.
1) Patronal Day, 5th July - St Peter's, after our 8:30am service.
2) Christmas stall November, held at the Uniting Church.
Please keep in mind, PRICE your goods by what YOU might pay for the item YOURSELF. You know how much goes into the goods and how much time is spent processing.

Birthday Cards
Also, we like to have a stockpile of hand-made birthday cards ready for sending out to our Parishioners monthly. Thank you to those who have already supplied cards and appreciate any card contributions to this ministry. Thank you for your ongoing support in these matters.

Sunday Roster - There are vacancies in the following duties that are always in need of being filled. Sunday Services, both 7.30am and 9.30am. AV Operators, Welcomers, Sidepersons and Intercessors are needed. Interested persons are asked to contact Margaret Peterson on 07 5497 6978
Name Badges - If you would like a new name badge, there is a list in the narthex. Please print your name clearly on the list. The cost is $12 per badge, which can be paid when you receive your badge using the "return" envelope and placing your payment in the gifting box in the narthex. Badges will be ordered at the beginning of each month when needed
Donations - There is a box of envelopes in the narthex (with a pen) for use by anyone wishing to give money in the giving box for specific reasons e.g. Retiring Collections, payment for attending functions, purchase of items such as calendars, etc. Please, please, write on the envelope what the money is for, your name and the amount. This will greatly assist the counters to distribute the funds to the correct account.
